Flight Operations Controller
We now have an opportunity at our fantastic offices based at Farnborough Airport in Hampshire for a Flight Operations Controller.
Our Operations department is responsible for coordinating flight requests and other travel arrangements for our customers, and scheduling the aircraft and ground transportation to meet these requests. There is a great deal of client contact and the role is hectic, but very rewarding.

Ideally we would like to hear from you if you have some of the following:
- Technical operational experience in a business jet environment
- Air Charter Broker experience
- Experience in coordinating business travel for VIPs and Executives
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A calm approach to problem solving and last minute changes and are able to work accurately under pressure
- A customer orientated approach with an outstanding level of customer service skills and experience of meeting the needs of VIPs
- Fluency in French would be a distinct advantage.
